Refund and Return Policy

At Zovira Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every jewellery product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any) intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or engraved jewellery
  • Products purchased during sale or special promotions


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned jewellery is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Exchange Policy

In case of size issues or wrong product delivery, customers may opt for:

  • Exchange (subject to product availability), or
  • Full refund

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
